When I was born
You were the first one to hold me in your arms
When I was three years old
You taught me how to walk
You taught me how to talk
And read me stories every night
When I started to go to school
I was scared and didn’t want to go
You were the only one there to cheer me up
Time passed by so fast
Now I am grown up and can take care of myself
But you are still always there to support me
You are still always there to care for me
You are an amazing person and also a wonderful dad
So I just want you to know
I’m very grateful to be your daughter
