I need help troubleshooting my love & friendship life.

1st guy - I met a guy two years ago, we rarely talked but saw each once in awhile. Recently, I found him waiting for me after the masses at the church. I tried to avoid him in the past, until recently. I don't want to hurt his feeling, at the same time, I don't want to confront to him how uncomfortable I feel every time seeing him looking and waiting for me after the mass.

2nd guy - I have a friend that was disconnected 11 years ago after the ugly confrontation we had. He asked me to be his girlfriend and I declined. I always wanted to resume a friendship that we have before the confrontation. I miss him so much as a friend. Recently I found him on Facebook and the wish of having him as a friend again is till on my mind. Since 11 years have passed, should I resume friendship with him?
